Stroudwater
Canal 23-10-11
A stroll from Ebley Mill to Ryeford and then back
Dudbridge. Also a visit to Wallbridge in Stroud.
One of our most important
neighbours, the completion of the Stroudwater and Thames & Severn Canals will
have a major influence on the progress of on our own projects. Not being
an expert on the Cotswold Canals I'll keep my comments to the minimum. I
recommend that if you are interested in the progress of this restoration that you
spend time exploring the route. It is very worthwhile.

I don't know where the swans came from

our intrepid canoeists had started from Saul Junction
that morning. |
